This program transforms vacant commercial warehouses into vibrant micro-communities that provide safety, stability, and opportunity for individuals experiencing homelessness. Each community is designed to offer private living spaces, access to essential services, and opportunities for growth, helping residents regain independence and dignity.

More than just a place to stay, these micro-communities are self-contained ecosystems where residents can:

  • Rest in private, fully furnished spaces
  • Participate in job training, rehabilitation programs, and outreach
  • Enjoy recreation, social activities, and family connection
  • Build financial security through structured savings programs
  • Contribute to the community through employment opportunities

The program is scalable, rapidly deployable, and built for long-term impact, turning unused warehouses into safe, supportive environments that benefit both residents and the surrounding neighborhoods.

Our goal is to address homelessness with dignity, safety, and opportunity. By transforming vacant warehouses into fully equipped micro-communities, we provide residents with:

How Our Micro-Communities Work

Our micro-communities are designed to provide safety, dignity, and opportunity through a simple, scalable process:

  1. Rapid Setup – All supplies for a community are packed in a 40-foot shipping container, allowing a facility to be fully operational in 24 hours with volunteer support.

  2. Private Living Spaces – Each resident receives a 10x10 tent with a bed, storage, desk, tablet, and personal comforts for privacy and rest.

  3. Support & Rehabilitation – Soundproof rooms host drug/alcohol programs, job training, meetings, and recreational activities.

  4. Amenities & Daily Life – Kitchens, laundry, eating areas, and recreational equipment foster self-sufficiency and community connection.

  5. Employment & Financial Empowerment – Residents can work part-time onsite, save earnings, and graduate with $20K–$30K in savings.

  6. Security & Transportation – 24/7 security ensures safety, while coordinated bus routes give access to jobs, medical care, and essential services.

By combining privacy, support, and opportunity, our micro-communities provide a structured environment that empowers residents to move from homelessness toward independence while revitalizing the surrounding neighborhoods.
