We are transforming vacant commercial warehouses into thriving micro-communities designed to provide safety, dignity, and opportunity for individuals experiencing homelessness.
Inside each warehouse, every resident has a private, furnished living space where they can rest, recharge, and feel secure. Surrounding these spaces are fully equipped kitchens, laundry facilities, recreational areas, and support rooms for rehabilitation, job training, and outreach programs. We will also have two 20x20 sound proof multi-purpose rooms, that can be used for watching TV.
These communities are not shelters — they are self-contained ecosystems where residents can rebuild their lives. From enjoying a hot meal and watching a game on a big screen, to participating in job training or reconnecting with family and friends at a monthly barbecue, every detail is designed to restore hope, stability, and belonging.
Each warehouse is designed for rapid setup, max capacity would be 25 to 50 individuals at a time, depending on needs. By turning unused buildings into structured environments, we are not only helping people move from homelessness to independence, but also revitalizing neighborhoods, restoring safety, and creating economic opportunity for the wider community.
10x10x10 private tents with a bed, heated blanket, storage, desk, chair, tablet, headphones, internet connection and basic furnishings with tall celings.
The micro-communities will have refrigerators, freezers, dishwashers, microwaves, washers, dryers, and eating areas.
